Women's Sisterhood Gathering

Service Description

This is a time and space to connect with yourself, your intentions, and fellowship with other women. All ages and backgrounds are welcome! Come exactly as you are. Once we have all settled into the space, we will be led through a guided body scan and meditation with gentle breathwork*. No prior experience necessary for this practice! Both beginners and regular participants will benefit from this offering. Afterwards, there will be time to share with the group and fellowship with our sisters. *Please be mindful that even gentle breathwork can evoke strong emotional responses, and while everyone is encouraged to allow the release of any feelings that may arise, we recognize that it is always MOST important to do what feels right FOR YOU. This is a safe space, and your choice is honored either way. Speaking of safe space: please be aware that by attending this meetup, you are committing to honoring the choices, expressions, and privacy of everyone therein. You commit to not sharing the details of anyone else's attendance or experience. Thank you for honoring the importance of everyone sharing their own journey with the people they themselves choose to share it. WHAT TO BRING: - For your comfort, it is recommended to bring a yoga mat, bolster, and light blanket - Water bottle - Eye Mask (this will help you stay focused on your inner landscape as we meditate) WHAT TO WEAR: It is recommended to wear looser fitting, comfortable clothing. Layers encouraged. Get comfy and wear whatever makes you feel good!
